Hoton Village Hall Needs Your Help

We urgently need some help with the following as the Village Hall committee is only a small team of 7 volunteers and we physically can't do all these tasks by ourselves:

Village Annual Spring Clean Saturday April 12th

9.30am to 12.30We need people to help weed the borders, get the cobwebs down, clean windows, tidy the kitchen cupboards etc

All helpers very much appreciated and Homemade Soup is provided

Call Out for Bakers

We need some baker volunteers to help with the occasional baking of cakes for the Thursday coffee mornings. It would help take the pressure off our limited number of bakers, so we can stretch the schedule over more bakers... you don't need to be Mary Berry ;)

Call Out for Booking Secretary

We urgently need a volunteer to help manage the village hall bookings - involves emailing in response to booking enquiries, booking on the VH calendar etc
